The Northern Ha Tay province has cleared 270ha to expand Hoa Lac High-tech Zone. The provincial People’s Committee and relevant offices last year compensated some VND428 billion (US$26.8 million) for 3,770 households in the province to carry out ground clearance.

In the first quarter this year, the committee plans to continue implemented ground clearance on 182ha for expanding Hoa Lac Zone.
