PUBLISH NEWSLETTERS - JOURNALS ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

- Environmental newsletter was first published in 1994. Later in 1999, the Environmental Protection Magazine which based on its newsletter was approved to establish according to the Decision No 1569/QD-BKHCNMT by the Minister of Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment. Actually, the Magazine started operating  till it was permited by the Ministry of Culture- Information due to the licence No 58/GPXB-BC.

- It is the spoken canal of the Vietnamese Environmental Protrection Agency, publicizing about two thousand copies per month to environmental managing offices and relevant organizations of ministries/industries; institutes, reseaching centers, libraries, industrial administration, leading staff of 61 provinces and 600 districts within our country.

- There are 32 products published in 5 year period, with more than 1300 writing, news and pictures. Till September, 2002, the 45^th newspaper ( both periodically and thematically) was published containing numerous and divers of 2,000 writting and 1,000 pictures. The content of newspapers always follow strictly with major news and events in each period; aiming to propagandize the directions, principles of our Party and Government in the environmental field; reseaching and  reporting urgent issues about environment, introduce reseaching, accessing achievements in environmental management field within and abroad our nation. On the other hand, it play an important role in contributing to increase the public awareness on environmental issues.

Environmental Maganzine has established and stabilize its activity through LAN network of VEPA (Vietnamese Environmental Protection Agency) that help people to easily find multiple and divers information about environmental problems quickly.
