COMPOSE THE STATE OF ENVIRONMENT REPORTS AND MANAGE THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING AND ASSESSING NETWORK

The Vietnamese first thematic report on the state of the environment was composed and presented to the Nation Assembly in 1994.

From 1994 to 2002: Set the annual thematic report to submit the National Assembly approval and contribute to the decision making in environmental protection.

1994- Implement the report’s building participation of 53 provinces and 6 sectors on the State of the environment issues.

1997- 16 newly separated provinces joined the Report building.

1999-2000-The 5 year- Integrated report was presented to the National Assembly and training report building capacity for relevant Ministries and Provinces.

1999-2000: Establish the National environmental indicators for the state development  direction monitoring.

BUILD AND MANAGE THE NATIONAL MONITORING AND ANALYSING  NETWORK

Improve and perfect the monitoing and analysis network: Regional, Provincial, Thematical centers within our territory.

Guide and cooperating in 12 provincial centers.

Conduct the monitoring plan for environmental parts: Soil, water, air, noise component, acid rain, radioactive matter, labour environment in focal sectors of 40 provinces and cities.

Three automatic monitoring centers established and came into action in Hanoi.

Built and Test-conduct the Regulation for both the Monitoring, analysing method and managing resulted data.

Promulgate the Stategic to ensuring and inspecting the Quality of Monitoring and Accessing the environment.

Establish the transmissing connection for monitoring data within the national centers network.
