Design, creation and development a Website of the Vietnam Environment Protection Agency;

Development and management of the Vietnam Environment Protection Agency's computer networks;

Development of processes and procedures, norms, QA/QC, and technical guidance and instructions for environmental monitoring;

Management of the environmental monitoring system, and execution of environmental monitoring;

Carrying out standardized activities in collection and management of data and information, and development of environmental monitoring database; and

Publishing CD-ROMs for dissemination of environmental information; ATLAS on Vietnam's environment; the Green Vietnam; and the Vietnam Red Book.
