The connection network within offices, enterprises, agencies, social sectors, labour organizations, scientifics and volunteers participating activities in educating, traing and publicating about the environment to reach the task “ Build strategics for education, training on environment in Vietnam, integrated the bilateral, mutual cooperational management and the assistance from both inside and outside the nation in order to satisfy the educational environmental demands and step by step support to the Asian- Pacific environmental Education Network (NETTLAP).
Number of participants: 1,000.
Established in 1992 with 3 sub-divisions which has increased to 11 sub-division.

The Network organized many education plan and propagandize about the environment, built and integrated environmental content in the national education system, especially that of primary educational levels. It also play core role in strategies for environmental protection.
Network of collaborators increased and enlarged rapidly, including universities, offices, many experienced experts from different sections and levels. There are yearly meeting between collaborators often organized at the beginning of new year.
Scientific experts staff was settled up in 1997 and remains its activity promptly.
