TYPES OF INFORMATION SHARED ON NETWORK

5.1 Map type information:

Vietnamese background map: digital map shows clearly boundaries between fundamental administrative units (province/village), the river systems, terrain, road systems. the map scale at least 1:100.000. possible to use advanced telephotographic pictures to update these maps.

Main habitat of wild species: forestry cover map (types of forest), wetlands, grass field, land with bushes, forestry plantations, urban and rural. The map scale at least 1:100.000, or better 1:250.000.

Reserves System: the boundaries between reserves, reserves label to link to their respective detailed data. Scale at least : 1:100.000. or better 1:250.000.

Biodistrict : (biounits, bioregions, biomes, ...)

Important Biodiversity Regions map.

5.2      Data/Database

Reserves: name, ownership, date of establishment, IUCN category, total areas, height, main animals species;

Projects: Name of implemented organ, sponsors, coordinator name, project brief, starting and finishing date, main products, financial contribution;

Participants: State functional organs, research organs, NGO, library, specialists in respective fields relating to the biological reservation ( Name of organs, address, coordinator, fax/phone numbers, email, website, organs' business brief).

Book list: book, report and other related publicans (name, name of library, access links, type, subject, project mentioned in book).

CITIES: follow up minimum structure as required in report of CITES.

RAMSAR: details for the wetlands as stipulated in RAMSAR convention.

Protected species: information about the protected species ( year to put in the list and grade of protection)

National/International Red Book: Actuality of the species listed in the IUCN Red Book, in national Red Book.

Related Laws and State regulations (date of issue, date of effective, organs in charge, full text or brief description);

Convention/international programs: Name, participants, the State Hub Office responsible for conducting the convention/programs, the related main goals.
