TARGET

To provide the biodiversity information easily, quickly, timely, exactly for management and research purposes;

To upgrade the biodiversity information;

To strengthen investment from the Government and in international projects;

To strengthen the biodiversity information exchanges externally, to coordinate among regional countries.

To establish the biodiversity information network (virtual biodiversity information Network - BI Net) includes functional, research organs, non-government organs internal and external in Vietnam to close coordinate in collecting, processing, supplying, sharing, using the BI Net;

To conduct mechanisms, regulations for the BI Net to protect interests, obligations of the members and users, to ensure the quality and author's right of information;

To establish and maintain a website for the biodiversity;

To strengthen the biodiversity training;

To strengthen investment from the Government and in international projects;
